1st Choice Women's Health Center opened its doors in 1994 to support the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of women facing unplanned pregnancies. Since then, 1st Choice has grown to include additional Patient Services, with registered nurses on staff, to address the sexual health and integrity of both women and men in the community. 1st Choice Women's Health Center is conveniently located in Lansdowne Office Park, just minutes from INOVA Loudoun Hospital and is easily accessible form Route 7.
